Unlimited access via text, email, or phone
Priority scheduling for visits (in-person/telehealth)
Ordering of comprehensive specialized labs and imaging (Musculoskeletal ultrasound is included when indicated)
Use of Insurance for labs, imaging (x-ray, MRI, DXA scan), and medications, but also have access to discounted rates for these services

Established Patient Follow-Up
Annual check up visit for patients who do not meet criteria for membership (ie. only need once a year check-in follow-up with no medication management as determined by IntegRAHealth).
